You drive children, dogs or building sites
Crumbs in the seat rails, hair in the carpet, sand in the gaps. Exactly the places a vacuum cleaner alone does not reach.

Working the interior dry first, then wet where it is needed — with steam and hot water extraction where it makes sense, and with regard for the areas that do not tolerate moisture.
Interior cleaning starts dry: emptying out, vacuuming, gaps and vents with a brush and compressed air. Only then does the wet work follow — steam for plastics and gaps, foam or hot water extraction for upholstery and mats. The headliner is only ever dabbed. After foam extraction the vehicle can be used again in one to two hours, after hot water extraction in four to six.

Odour sits in fabric, carpet and the cabin air filter. We go to the source instead of masking it.
The interior is the part the buyer sits in while thinking about the price. A return inspection report assesses it separately.
6 work steps, in order
Floor mats go for separate mat cleaning. Otherwise you never see what is underneath them.
Vacuuming, detail brushes, compressed air for gaps, rails and air vents. Getting out as much as possible while dry, before moisture comes into play — this shortens the drying time and is gentler on the materials.
Only dabbed, never rubbed, cleaner onto the cloth rather than onto the headliner. Too much moisture softens the adhesive; a sagging headliner is then a job for a trimmer, no longer a cleaning job.
Dashboard, door cards, centre console, storage compartments. Without gloss spray on the steering wheel and pedals — it transfers to your hands and reflects in the windscreen.
Steam or hot water extraction, depending on material and soiling. Perforated seats and Alcantara are expressly treated differently.
Always last. Everything before it leaves overspray on the glass.

Not every stain comes out. Whether a stain can be removed depends on material, substance and age — yesterday's coffee is something different from ballpoint pen from two years ago. We look at it beforehand and tell you what we consider feasible. With smoke odour the effective lever is the source plus the cabin air filter, not a fragrance treatment. And a headliner that is already sagging will not become taut again through cleaning.
Interior cleaning is included in every package. Deep cleaning of the upholstery is part of it from package M onwards, stain and odour removal from package L.
After foam extraction the vehicle can be used again after one to two hours. After hot water extraction, upholstery is typically slightly damp for four to six hours, longer if it has been heavily soaked. We schedule the appointment so that you get a dry car back.
There is a risk, and that is exactly why we stick to fixed rules: no steam is used on airbag modules, sensors and controls, and distance is kept. This is not an extra, it is the reason the order is dry before wet.
As a rule yes — pet hair hooks into the weave and needs mechanical work, not more chemistry. With very long-pile carpets and heavily matted areas some may remain. We tell you at handover what we expect.
Removing the source and changing the cabin air filter — that is the part that demonstrably works. Textiles and the headliner are cleaned because the odour settles there. We do not promise a hundred per cent freedom from odour; with vehicles smoked in for years a clear improvement is realistic, an as-new condition is not.
